We toast the bread in a traditional oven at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes
In the meantime our nuts are gently tumbled in a slow roaster at 160°C for 20 minutes
While these two essential components cool down, we focus on tempering our premium British chocolate
Once the chocolate is perfectly tempered we combine it with bread and nuts, and form clusters in all shapes
