REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Hello there!

When it comes to delivering our delicious chocolates to you, we aim to do so as quickly as possible. Typically, we try to get your chocolates to you within 3 working days from the time you place your order, though you may receive them even sooner.

However, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as unforeseen postal delays may occur that are beyond our control. Additionally, there may be times when we need to pause our despatch, such as during strike periods or extremely hot weather, to ensure that your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, we are unable to offer refunds.

We take great pride in our chocolates, and we’ve put a lot of effort into making sure they arrive in perfect condition. Our bespoke boxes are designed to keep them safe and sound during transit, and we’ve conducted extensive testing to ensure the best chance of them reaching you in mint condition.

However, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive chocolates that are damaged or not in perfect condition, we want to hear about it! We’re here to make things right for you.
