THE STORY ABOUT GOÜTER

Goüter is founded by Joël Manuvelpillai, a chocolate innovator and waste activist dedicated to changing the agenda around food waste. Joel is not your average entrepreneur, he has spent his career exploring innovations in chocolate and different ways of doing things. Goüter is his chance to think outside the chocolate box and not play by the rules, combining his ability to make chocolate magic with his passion to create real change in the food industry.

Joël is an R&D expert and has led the development of several global innovations in chocolate, from concept to launch. His strong technical background and analytical thinking has seen Joel responsible for the development and management of new products for both artisan and global chocolate brands such as Cadbury’s, Milka and Godiva.
